Particular emphasis is laid on music and dance. Disciplines like Indian classical & folk dance, western music & dance, instrumental music and singing are offered to students to develop their skills and musical appreciation.
Each child takes part in at least one of the activities. They are also encouraged to participate in the annual cultural events. This develops their skills and helps them gain the confidence of performing on stage. |

Unison World School boasts of well-equipped Art & Craft rooms and offers a large variety of co-curricular activities. Girls enjoy hobby classes in soft toys and doll making, knitting, needle work, weaving, applique work, bead work, book binding, candle making, pottery, sculpture with wood and clay, various kinds of painting, embroidery, fashion designing, theatre, recycling of paper, cooking, baking etc. |

Opportunities for Creative Writing and taking part in Debates, Recitation, and Declamation, to improve rhetorical skills and eloquence in public speaking are provided. More importantly, girls are encouraged to exhibit these skills. They are escorted to cultural programmes and sent to represent the school in co-curricular fixtures hosted by other schools. |

The emphasis is on Total Personality Development – Social Etiquette, Confidence Building, Body Language, Art of Dressing, Accent Training, understanding Family Values, Discipline at Home and at School, Peer Pressures and How to say “No” etc. These classes are conducted by professionals on a regular basis. |

The House System has a special relevance at UWS. The school is divided under four houses. Each house is an autonomous unit under the care of a House Captain. It is a structured community within which girls develop feelings of loyalty, responsibility of living in a family and leadership. The houses compete on the field in a wide variety disciplines like dance, music, debates, quiz, dramatics, tournaments etc. In fact, these activities test girls and encourage them to exploit their hidden talent. |
