At Unison World School, we believe that the development of mind and body go hand-in-hand. In short, physical education plays a vital role in creating well-rounded confident individuals. Therefore, sports are an integral part of our education system.

Girls begin their day with morning exercise that includes yoga and jogging. This channelises energy in a positive way. In the evening, they participate in their favourite sporting activity, which includes taekwondo, gymnasium training or organised games. To make them good at their respective sport, we have hired expert coaches and trainers who impart invaluable tips to girls to hone their skills.

A huge sports ground with a 200-meter athletic track, three roof-top tennis courts, indoor basketball, badminton courts and an indoor swimming pool with gradient depths and climate control reflects our seriousness about sports. Hockey, cricket, football, volleyball, horse riding, roller skating etc are played. We encourage girls to participate in healthy competitions, for inter-house and inter-school tournaments.

Educational tours of historical or geographical nature are conducted at the National and International level. These trips inculcate knowledge of languages, other cultures, customs & traditions and flora & fauna.

The school takes advantage of its splendid location in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayas to arrange Adventure Camps and treks. The activities include exploring, trekking, camping, rafting and rock climbing etc. We believe this builds confidence, teamwork and trust. It's indeed, a great way of preparing girls for the future.

School transport will be available to take the girls on class educational and weekend outings. Each transport is equipped with first-aid kit and all possible safety measures are taken.
An experience of the different cultures and people of the world is a great way to learn and open up minds. At Unison World School, we understand this very well. That's why; we lay emphasis on national and international student exchange programs and study tours. We let students observe, question and learn. Such programs increase knowledge, engender cross-cultural understanding and deeper appreciation of each other's culture and also build life-long friendships.
At Unison World School, social service plays a significant role in the extra-curricular activities of the school. Girls are encouraged to take up Socially Useful Productive Works (SUPW).

This requires them to make frequent visits to various institutions for voluntary service. Social Service camps are also organised where students volunteer to work on community projects. Other issues addressed are environmental protection, afforestation and other conservation projects. This helps develop empathy towards the society we all live in.
We like our students to be modern. We also like them to be proud of their heritage and imbibe a strong value system based on mutual respect for others cultures and traditions. That's why we have created an environment that enables us to celebrate all festivals with equal reverence and fervor.
