Unison World School has collaborated with the world renowned international organization - The British Council, which operates in 110 nations for improving cultural relations. The School has been actively working on various programs like Connecting Classrooms, International Inspiration and International School Awards. Through these projects, our girls have realized that languages and customs may vary but the underlying emotion is the same. We belong to one large family - like islands in the sea, appearing separate on the surface but connected deeply.
As we progress on this trail - our girls attain a sense of global responsibility and sensitivity towards the protection of our environment. This instills strong ethical and social values in them along with aesthetics to appreciate and admire diverse cultures of the world. The School’s exemplary initiative has won it the prestigious ‘International School Award’ thrice from 2010 to 2013, 2014 to 2017 and 2017 to 2020.
The School is also an active participant in ‘Face to Faith Foundation’, an initiative of UK’s ex-PM Tony Blair, that engages secondary school students of different faiths across the world in learning directly about each other. Students interact with their counterparts on a wide range of social, economic and environmental issues by means of video conferencing.
Our girls have participated in several video conferences with Schools in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Jordan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Recognizing the School’s untiring efforts in building awareness on different perspectives, the School has been appointed as the ‘Lead School’ for Tony Blair’s ‘Face to Faith Foundation’.
