Mathematics Workshop11-Oct-2023

An intuitive, stimulating and fun filled Mathematics Session was attended by students of Grade XI, XII, ALY1 and ALY2 on 11th October 2023. The resource person; Mr. Surya Banerjee, the Director of the Mathematical Economics Program, and a Continuing Lecturer in the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo, Canada engaged the students in the well-structured session-based on Game Theory. Students learnt tricks to win Game of NIM and life tricks by deciphering a prisoner’s dilemma. The session also gave the students an insight into the diversified Mathematical concepts at college level. All the attendees received stickers that read "I Love Mathematics" as the informative session came to a close.
